Addressing hunger within the local community is a growing need, and the SFS Community Food Bank has been doing so for the past 20 years. Their food bank offers assistance to local residents. Support comes through donations and supplemental funding through San Francisco Solano Parish. The food bank distributes groceries and produce (when available) once a week, as well as pet food as available provided by Orange County Animal Allies.
Distribution Hours: Fridays, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.

For residents of local shelters we have been partnering with Helping Homeless Companions who have been dropping off pet food to the following locations:
– The Courtyard in Santa Ana (Citynet)
– Wise Place
– Mercy House
– Salvation Army of Anaheim
We ask shelter residents to contact their housing managers to inquire about available pet food.
