This application is not for regular monthly visits. Applications are reviewed once received. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for us to respond. Completion of an application does not guarantee participation or availability and I understand that do to the high volume of applications that not all requests can or will be accommodated. OC Animal Allies participation is strictly voluntary and is subject to terms and conditions, including availability. OC Animal Allies reserves the right to deny participation, and may withdraw from, cancel or reschedule an event at our discretion. In this event, OC Animal Allies will notify event management as soon as possible. While we do endeavor to respond to all applications, we may not be able to do so. Incomplete applications can not be processed.

OC Animal Allies maintains general liability insurance with additional writers ($1M/$2M) and can provide evidence of coverage upon request. Please note that an administrative processing fee of $50 may be required for additional insured or language specific COI's, and may take up to two weeks for processing.

OC Animal Allies is a program based, non-profit pet assistance organization. In support of OC Animal Allies and our impact in Orange County, we do ask that a donation be made to OC Animal Allies in consideration of pet therapy visits to assist our programs providing for animals in Orange County. We are a 501(c)3 Non-Profit organization and donations are tax deductible as allowed by IRS tax code. Donation amounts typically range from $500 - $5000 depending on a variety of factors. Is your facility or Corporation able to provide monetary or other contributions to support the organization and our programs?

As a part of our pet therapy visit program we try to educate those who we visit on the amazing work we do. May we educate your employees and staff on OC Animal Allies organization and collect personal donations from those who wish to donate?
