About Me
Judy joined the OC Animal Allies Board of Directors in 2001 and has held various roles, including serving as parliamentarian for many years.
Judy retired from the County of Orange after 30 years, having served as Director of Animal Services for 10 years overseeing veterinary services, field operations, and the county animal shelter. Previously she served in various management positions including Recruitment Manager with the Human Resources Dept., and as a Program Auditor and Budget Manager with the County Executive Office.
A native Californian, Judy has called Orange County home for 50 years. Her deep roots in the community have helped shape her commitment to public service and animal welfare.
