Now serving as vice-president, Tracy has been a Board member for OC Animal Allies since 2005.  Tracy was instrumental in developing the organization’s No Empty Bowls pet food pantry program and assists with the organization’s Animal Relief Fund’s emergency help line.

An estate planning attorney who often provides pro bono legal services to the organization, Tracy is a strong advocate for rescue and adoption of those without a voice. In addition, Tracy lends her professional assistance to donors and their attorneys seeking to make gifts to OC Animal Allies.
